K2 Liquid Spray On Paper

There are many synthetic designer drugs marketed under the names K2 and Spice, both intended to mimic THC, the major psychoactive ingredient in marijuana. This class of synthetic drugs is called synthetic cannabinoids, and they are marketed and sold under the name "herbal incense" or "potpourri." Synthetic cannabinoids are not organic, but chemical compounds.

There have been hundreds of different synthetic cannabinoids that have been discovered by law enforcement since 2009, which are being advertised as “legal” alternatives to marijuana.

A number of these products are abused due to their psychoactive properties as well as the fact that they are packaged with no information about their health and safety risks.

Small convenience stores, head shops, gas stations, and the Internet sell synthetic cannabinoids under names such as K2 and Spice, as well as many other names. To protect manufacturers, distributors, and retailers from criminal prosecution, these products are labeled "not for human consumption."

In essence, this type of marketing consists of nothing more than making dangerous, psychoactive substances widely available to the public as a way of increasing their availability.
